Sitting at the top of Pool 4, Harlequins will be looking to continue winning ways this weekend when they take on Wasps at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi.

With victories already banked in the LV= Cup competition against Leicester and Newcastle, a win on Sunday would not only keep Harlequins on track for a place in the next round of the completion, but also see Quins unbeaten in their last eight successive games in all competitions.

Quins will be without a number of familiar faces on Sunday with Danny Care and Nick Easter in the England camp while Mike Brown, Joe Marler, Chris Robshaw, Ugo Monye and George Robson have all been named in the Saxons side that's in action this weekend.

There are a handful of changes to the side that defeated Bayonne at the Stoop and secured Quins a valuable home quarter-final spot in the Amlin Challenge Cup.

In the forwards, Ceri Jones returns from injury to link up with Joe Gray and Mark Lambert in the front row, with Ollie Kohn and Pete Browne supporting in the second row. With Robshaw and Easter away on international duty, Will Skinner is handed the captaincy and is joined in the back row by Maurie Fa'asalavu and Chris York.

Karl Dickson takes over scrum-half duties from Care and links up with Nick Evans at fly-half. Sam Smith, who has scored five tries in only four appearances this season, retains his place on the wing, with Gonzalo Camacho covering the other wing. Tom Williams remains at full-back.

Will Collier and Joe Trayfoot make their first appearances on the Quins bench.

Meanwhile, Mark Atkinson, Billy Vunipola and Sam Jones will make their Wasps debuts.

Fly-half Atkinson and back-row forwards Vunipola start at the Emirates Palace while captain Ben Jacobs is one of a number of regulars in a strong starting line-up alongside Richard Haughton, Tom Varndell and Dominic Waldouck.

Nic Berry starts at scrum-half in place of Joe Simpson who is training with warm weather training with England alongside club colleagues Simon Shaw, Joe Worsley, Riki Flutey and Tim Payne.

Northampton director of rugby Jim Mallinder says he wants the Saints' Anglo Welsh LV= Cup run to continue in Reading on Sunday afternoon. The Saints are the current LV= Cup holders, and although they currently lie third in Pool 3 the team remains unbeaten with one win and a draw from the two matches so far.

Watch Live Match Streaming Online >> Click Here

On Sunday the Saints head to the Madejski Stadium to play London Irish and Mallinder is looking for the team to continue its record in the competition. "We're proud of our LV= Cup record over the past 18 months and we don't want to give it up," he said today.

"We are still unbeaten in this year's competition and can still qualify for the knockout stages. All we can do is keep trying to achieve positive results and everyone at the club has been working very hard towards that this week."

Mallinder has handed two players their first team debuts - lock Adam Eustace and wing Scott Armstrong. Joe Ford and Alex Waller also make their first starts while Calum Clark continues his record as having been involved in every Saints game this season.

"It does not matter who is wearing the shirt - they are always representing the Saints," said the Saints boss.

"Everyone who has been selected for Sunday's game deserves their opportunity and they have been desperate to play all season. We've got a tough run of games coming up in the LV= Cup and Aviva Premiership and we need everyone ready to play."

London Irish have made six changes from the side that lost to Munster last weekend at the Madejski Stadium.

Dan Murphy, Brian Blaney and Paulica Ion will make up the front row with Kieran Roche coming into the second row to partner Nick Kennedy.

Steffon Armitage returns at openside flanker with Chris Hala',ufia at number 8 and Jamie Gibson on the blindside flank. In the backs, Ryan Lamb comes back in at fly half with Dan Bowden moving into the centres.

Leeds Carnegie, whose fixture at Newcastle over Christmas was postponed, have won just three matches this season - all in the European Challenge Cup. Leeds are winless in the Premiership since 25 April when they beat Worcester 12-10 at Headingley Carnegie.

Gloucester Rugby are the second best team in Aviva Premiership Rugby on current form, having gained 21 league points from their last six matches, although their home game with table topping Northampton on Boxing Day succumbed to the weather.

Gloucester's only away victory in the Premiership this season was at Bath on 1 October. Gloucester have won their last seven encounters with Leeds since the Yorkshiremen gained a 33-15 victory at Kingsholm on 9 April 2005.

Leeds Carnegie have named an unchanged team to the one that was set to play Newcastle in the postponed fixture earlier this week. The game will be Leeds Carnegie's first Aviva Premiership Rugby fixture since they took on Harlequins at the end of October and it will see the return for England internationals Steve Thompson and Hendre Fourie, who have not played for Leeds in the league since 22nd October.

Warren Fury has also been given the nod to make his first Aviva Premiership start since joining the club in the Summer. Gareth Hardy and Phil Swainston will start in the front row alongside Thompson whilst Lachlan MacKay starts at fly half and Ceiron Thomas reverts to full back. Otherwise the backline is unchanged from the team's last fixture away against Crociati Rugby.

England U20 fly half Freddie Burns will start in the number ten shirt as and will be partnered at half back by Rory Lawson while Olly Morgan and James Simpson-Daniel also return having sat out the team’s last fixture at home to La Rochelle. In the pack, Pierre Capdevielle starts in place of Paul Doran-Jones who is absent for family reasons.

Meanwhile, second row Dave Attwood is unavailable for selection this weekend having been suspended for two weeks following an internal club disciplinary meeting after the La Rochelle game.

Brett Deacon is sidelined with an ankle injury so Peter Buxton starts on the blindside but there is a welcome return amongst the replacements for Alasdair Strokosch who has been ruled out since the win over Harlequins on October 23rd.

Leeds are winless in the Aviva Premiership so far this season and have lost their last seven encounters with Gloucester.

However, Gloucester will be more than aware that they just edged out Leeds 22-21 at Kingsholm in the first encounter this season and Head Coach Bryan Redpath insists that there is no complacency in the squad.

Hooker Chris Fortey is called in for Worcester, Miles Benjamin and Marcel Garvey return on the wings, with Greg Rawlinson coming into the pack.

Worcester head coach Richard Hill says he wants revenge for their only defeat in the Championship this season.

Watch Live Match Stream Online >> Click Here

He told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "I would very much like to beat the Pirates, and trust me we are going there to beat them.

"It's important we are right on 12 March when the play-offs start.

He continued: "I'm resisting the temptation for short-term games, because what happens in the next few games does not really matter.

"All our heads and all our preparation is geared towards the play-offs. It has been fully explained to the board, and I think I have explained it to the supporters.

"It is important they understand if there are few blips in the next weeks it does not really matter."

Hill says the side have improved dramatically since the early season defeat by the Pirates at Sixways.

"We are a lot better now and we have proved that since before Christmas against Doncaster, Moseley Bristol and Bedford," he said.

"The biggest thing for me is the confidence. Early season I would go out and think I am not sure if we will win this one of not.

"It was a white knuckle ride, and I now go out with confidence, even when we went to Bristol and we were 20-7 down, at no stage did I think we would lose the game.

"But when we went 14-0 down against the Pirates here I was worried. That is not about me, it's about the players, and they are now confident in themselves and the way we are playing."

Worcester: Carlisle, Garvey, Crockett, Higgitt, Benjamin, Goode, Arr; A. Black, Fortey, Taumoepeau, Rawlinson, Gillies, Best, Sanderson, Horstmann.

Biarritz welcome Bath to the Parc des Sports Aguilera on Saturday for a vital showdown in their quest for the Heineken Cup quarter-finals. Last weekend's narrow 9-6 loss to Ulster at Ravenhill left last season's beaten finalists level on points with the Irish side at the summit of Pool 4.

>>Click Here To Watch Biarritz vs Bath Live Stream Rugby Online

With Ulster going up against Aironi in Viadana, Biarritz are under pressure to match their feats, although a repeat of their 12-11 win over Bath at the Rec in round one would be enough to see them through either as winners or in second spot. When tries are required, Biarritz rarely have to look further than their American flyer, Taku Ngwenya, who remains one of the tournament's big draws.

Damien Traille shifts from fly-half to inside-centre, with Julien Peyrelongue recalled at No.10 to partner Dimitri Yachvili. Club skipper Jerome Thion misses out on a place in the second-row to Pelu Taele and former Leeds lock Erik Lund.

With four tries to his name last weekend and a spot in England's matchday 22 for the Six Nations up for grabs, Matt Banahan will want to impress once again. Scrum-half Michael Claassens will make his 100th appearance for the club while skipper Luke Watson shifts to openside in place of the injured Lewis Moody, with Ben Skirving taking over at No.8.

The Ospreys are on the road this Sunday as they look to take Pool 3 of the Heineken Cup down to the wire with a victory over struggling London Irish at the Madejski Stadium. The Welsh region are currently third in the tournament's 'group of death', one point behind Munster and three behind Toulon, with the French side the visitors to the Liberty Stadium in the final round of action.

>>Click Here TO Watch London Irish vs Ospreys Live Streaming Online

After their back-to-back losses at the hands of the leaders the Exiles are out of contention and currently riding a wave of 10 successive defeats in all competitions. Failure for the Ospreys would spell disaster and another wasted opportunity, particularly given the form shown in their 27-16 win over Irish on home soil back in October.

If the Exiles are to break their losing run then fly-half Daniel Bowden is going to have to orchestrate it. George Stowers moves from No.8 to blindside flanker, with Chris Hala'ufia coming in at the back of the scrum. Darren Allinson replaces Paul Hodgson at scrum-half to face his fellow countrymen, while Delon Armitage returns at fullback after his compulsory EPS rest last week.

Wasps face a must-win Heineken Cup away trip this weekend as they travel north of the border to take on Glasgow at Firhill. The Premiership side are currently two points behind Pool 6 leaders Toulouse and with the French giants set to visit Adams Park next weekend, Tony Hanks' side cannot afford any lapses against the Warriors.

Glasgow are out of the running for another year but did produce a spirited display in Wycombe earlier in the season, although their discipline was found to be wanting as they slipped to a 38-26 defeat. If Ruaridh Jackson is to influence selection for the Six Nations then he needs to have a big couple of weeks, starting against Wasps.

With Johnnie Beattie ineligible for European action, Richie Vernon returns to the back-row, while Colin Shaw and Hefin O'Hare are recalled on the wings. In the centre, Federico Aramburu deputises for the injured Max Evans, who is out for a week with a slight calf strain.

Ulster head coach Brian McLaughlin has made ten changes in personnel to his team for Friday's Magners League encounter with Benetton Treviso at Ravenhill. Only Paddy Wallace and Simon Danielli remain in the starting back-line from last weekend's derby defeat to Munster in Limerick.

>> Click Here To Watch Magners League Rugby Live Streaming Online

Wallace shifts from out-half to inside centre, with Ian Humphreys, who has recovered from an ankle injury, and Ruan Pienaar restored at half-back. Adam D'Arcy and Andrew Trimble join Danielli in the back-three, and the 20-year-old Nevin Spence comes in at centre for his seventh Magners League appearance.

Up front, Tom Court, who was used as a replacement last Saturday, and BJ Botha start in the front row alongside team captain Rory Best. South African powerhouse Johann Muller rejoins Tim Barker in the second row, and the final two changes see Chris Henry and Pedrie Wannenburg take over from Thomas Anderson and Robbie Diack in the back row.

Stephen Ferris is a notable inclusion amongst the replacements, having recovered from a leg injury sustained in training ahead of last month's game against Bath at the Recreation Ground. Meanwhile, Benetton Treviso head coach Franco Smith has made a number of alterations to the team that edged out Aironi on a 16-15 scoreline last Friday.

In a rejigged back-line, Chris Burton has moved from out-half to full-back as Willem De Waal and Fabio Semenzato get a chance to start at half-back. Tommaso Benvenuti also shifts from the left wing to outside centre, linking up with Alberto Sgarbi. Andrew Vilk will don the number 11 jersey, with Gonzalo Garcia and goal-kicking scrum half Tobie Botes dropping to the replacements bench.

Team captain Antonio Pavanello is injured currently, so Italy hooker Leonardo Ghiraldini will captain the side from the front row. There are three changes to the starting pack from the Aironi game - Pedro di Santo and Paul Derbyshire make way for Lorenzo Cittadini and Marco Filippucci, while Gonzalo PadrĂ² comes in for the injured Pavanello in the second row.

The Dragons have rung the changes for the visit of Connacht to Rodney Parade in the Magners League. The Dragons will be gunning for revenge having been thumped 40-17 by Connacht in the opening match of the season. Connacht will welcome back Ireland hooker Sean Cronin and back-row Mike McComish to their line-up for the trip.

Cronin returns for an IRFU imposed break, while McComish has recovered from illness. Coach Eric Elwood has also rejigged his backline, with Ian Keatley starting at full-back, Troy Nathan switching to the wing alongside Fionn Carr and Eoin Griffin named at outside centre.

From the team which faced the Scarlets, Jonathan Evans comes in at scrum-half, new signing Mike Petri is on the bench, locks Rob Sidoli and Adam Jones both return to the line-up, whilst Lewis Evans also starts at flanker.

The front-row trio of Hugh Gustafson, Ben Castle and captain Tom Willis all start, whilst Gavin Thomas and Toby Faletau retain their places. Luke Charteris drops to the bench where he is joined by the returning Andrew Coombs. Steve Jones, Pat Palmer and Phil Price provide cover.

In the backs Will Harries continues at full-back, Adam Hughes and Aled Brew fill the wing berths, and Tom Riley partners Ashley Smith in the centre. Jason Tovey is at ten, with Pat Leach and Mathew Jones among the replacements.

Exeter Chiefs' 12-24 reversal at London Wasps on 5 December in the Premiership ended a three game winning run in the competition. Their trip to Bath on Boxing Day was aborted due to the cold snap. Leicester Tigers beat Sale Sharks 54-21 at Welford Road on Monday, and opened their winning account away from home in Aviva Premiership Rugby on 4 December with their 23-14 victory at London Irish.

>> Click Here To Watch Rugby Live Streaming Online

The two clubs met in round two with the Tigers gaining a 37-27 victory at Welford Road. Exeter have not beaten Leicester since a friendly in 1966. Leicester Tigers have made five changes to the team with No8 Jordan Crane taking his place after recovering from injury while fellow England internationals George Chuter, Dan Cole, and Ben Youngs return after being rested last week.

Matt Smith is named on the wing in the other change to the starting XV. Fly-half Toby Flood is named among the replacements after recovering from injury. Richard Cockerill, Tigers director of rugby, said: "We’re in good shape and in pretty good form but we know it will be a tough afternoon there. It is sold out in advance and these are the kind of games and days they wanted to be involved in when they got promoted.

"Exeter kept together the core of their team from last year and Rob Baxter is doing a great job.

"At Welford Road they played really well, they could have won it and were unlucky to go home with nothing in the end. We have nothing but respect for them.

"Everybody talks about momentum but we just talk about the next game and trying to get points out of it. We have to get something because every point will count."

When the two teams met earlier in the season Leicester won 37-27 and the Chiefs will be looking to avenge their defeat.

That loss still hurts many at Exeter, especially as the visitors had threatened to pull off the biggest shock in Premiership history when they led 27-16 with just 15 minutes remaining. In the end, it was the experience and guile of the defending league champions which came to the fore and Cockerill's side fought back valiantly to thwart the league newcomers.

It was a bitter pill for the Chiefs - who headed home with nothing to show for their valiant efforts - to swallow, but at the same time it also served as a timely reminder of just how tough life another rung up the league ladder is.

London Wasps’ six game winning run came to an end against Saracens at Wembley on Boxing Day. The Londoners have won six of their last seven matches at Adams Park in all competitions. Newcastle Falcons have won just one of their last seven Aviva Premiership Rugby encounters: 12-6 at home to Gloucester on 21 November.

>> Click Here To Watch Rugby Live Streaming Online

The Falcons have lost all eight away games they have played this season. Newcastle won 29-17 when the two sides met at Kingston Park in round two, whilst the Falcons have never achieved a league double over Wasps in the same season. London Wasps Director of Rugby Tony Hanks has made six changes and two positional switches to the side that ran out at Wembley on Boxing Day.

Riki Flutey makes his first start since recovery from a calf injury sustained against Northampton Saints in October. Coming on as a replacement against Newport Gwent Dragons at Cardiff City Stadium three weeks ago, Flutey missed last weekend’s game due to illness but back to health, he replaces Steve Kefu who is named on the bench.

Further changes to the back division see Richard Haughton start at full back, trading places with Mark Van Gisbergen who joins the replacements, and Nic Berry starts at scrum half in place of Joe Simpson who is ruled out with a hamstring strain.

In the front row Tim Payne, named on the bench last week after a return from injury, starts and Zak Taulafo moves to tight head. An unchanged second row partnership of Simon Shaw and James Cannon is supported in the back row by Will Matthews, Joe Worsley and Andy Powell.

Matthews is promoted from the bench, whilst Serge Betsen bolsters the replacements that also feature Charlie Beech, returning from an ankle injury that has kept him sidelined since October, Charlie Davies and Ben Broster. With Rob Webber and Joe Ward both injured Jason Hobson is named as replacement hooker.

Looking ahead to the game Hanks said, "In recent weeks we have enjoyed a good run of performances and results so there is obvious disappointment on the back of the Saracens game. We created enough opportunities to have at least taken a draw so there has been a strong desire to put things right in training this week and really focus on an improved performance against Newcastle.

Gavin Henson has been named in the starting line-up for Saracens Aviva Premiership Rugby clash at Sale Sharks on Sunday at Edgeley Park. Sale Sharks were defeated 21-54 at Welford Road on Monday - the first time the Sharks had conceded a half century of points in any game since 2004. Sale have slipped to five straight defeats in all competitions.

>> Click Here To Watch Rugby Live Streaming Online

Saracens beat London Wasps 13-6 at Wembley Stadium on Boxing Day - their third win in their last four encounters. Saracens have a won four, lost three record in their last seven away games this season. Saracens have won their last four fixtures against Sale since the Sharks were victorious 18-15 at Edgeley Park 12 September 2008.

Welsh and British Lions international Gavin Henson starts the game at outside centre after making his debut off the bench at Wembley Stadium last weekend. With David Strettle rested under the EPS agreement, Michael Tagicakibau switches to the wing which then sees Henson come into the starting line-up.

"Gavin’s had another good week with us in training and we were very pleased with his contribution at Wembley," said Director of Rugby Brendan Venter.

"Having spoken to Gavin, he recognises the need we have at outside centre and wants to help the team. We’re looking forward to what should be a very good game against a tough Sale Sharks side."

Gavin Henson said, "I felt pretty good at Wembley and didn’t feel like I had been out for 21 months. I just need a bit more time out on the pitch and get my hands on the ball a lot more. I’m pleased I got that game out of the way and now I’m looking forward to the game this weekend."

In other team news, Chris Wyles joins the Saracens casualty list in the backline after suffering a fractured cheekbone against Wasps while Adam Powell, Derick Hougaard and Kameli Ratuvou are all long-term injured.

Alex Goode replaces Wyles at full back and in other team news, Mouritz Botha, Richard Wigglesworth, Jacques Burger and Andy Saull all come back into the starting line-up. On the bench, prop James Ellershaw could be in line for a debut after impressing with his performances for the Saracens Storm.
