Hooker Chris Fortey is called in for Worcester, Miles Benjamin and Marcel Garvey return on the wings, with Greg Rawlinson coming into the pack.
Worcester head coach Richard Hill says he wants revenge for their only defeat in the Championship this season.

He told BBC Hereford & Worcester: "I would very much like to beat the Pirates, and trust me we are going there to beat them.
"It's important we are right on 12 March when the play-offs start.
He continued: "I'm resisting the temptation for short-term games, because what happens in the next few games does not really matter.
"All our heads and all our preparation is geared towards the play-offs. It has been fully explained to the board, and I think I have explained it to the supporters.
"It is important they understand if there are few blips in the next weeks it does not really matter."
Hill says the side have improved dramatically since the early season defeat by the Pirates at Sixways.
"We are a lot better now and we have proved that since before Christmas against Doncaster, Moseley Bristol and Bedford," he said.
"The biggest thing for me is the confidence. Early season I would go out and think I am not sure if we will win this one of not.
"It was a white knuckle ride, and I now go out with confidence, even when we went to Bristol and we were 20-7 down, at no stage did I think we would lose the game.
"But when we went 14-0 down against the Pirates here I was worried. That is not about me, it's about the players, and they are now confident in themselves and the way we are playing."
